To increase its local revenue, Jakarta Capital City Government is continued to pursue revenue from tax sector. Especially from ads tax and parking which the revenue is far from target. Zoning system for parking is being implemented also review and re-manage for ads billboard to pursue the deficiency.
"Parking tax can be increased with zoning system like parking rate on Jl MH Thamrin and Jl Jenderal Sudirman are should be different with parking rate in other areas," said Jakarta Governor Fauzi Bowo at City Hall, Thursday (5/12).
