To change from Public Service Board (BLU) of TransJakarta become Local-State Owned Enterprise (BUMD), it is needed law protection in form of bylaw. Currently, the arrangement of bylaw (raperda) for TransJakarta bus management is being discussed by Jakarta City Council (DPRD). It is targeted done and ratified become bylaw in mid of this year.

Head of Jakarta for Regional Legislative Board (Balegda) Triwiksana said that raperda can finish in mid of this year. "We give time for BLU to prepare in the remaining time, so they ready with the new form in early 2012," he stated, Thursday (5/19).
