Jakarta Transportation Department will operate 44 feeder bus fleets at end of this December in order to improve Transjakarta bus service. Recently, those 44 feeder bus fleets have entered in finishing phase, such as seat and door installation.

Head of Jakarta Transportation Department, Udar Pristono said that the 44 feeder buses are able to be operated on December, 28-30, 2011.

He stated that the budget for the procurement of 44 feeder bus fleets in 2011 as much as Rp 167.2 billion. Later on, 21 units will be operated for Corridor XI (Pulogebang-Kampungmelayu) and other 23 units are used as addition fleet for other corridors if there is lack of fleets.
