The neglected TransJakarta bus lane along two kilometers on Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan from Kelapagading until Pulogadung Terminal in corridor II (Pulogadung-Harmoni) is used as selling place by several traders, illegal parking space, and base for taxi-motorcycle (ojek) drivers. The lane is neglected because there are constraints on buildings which have not been dismantled by officers.

According to Wawan (28), an itinerant trader there, it was planned in 2010 that all houses which affected by TransJakarta bus project will be demolished. But until now, some houses still exist with no sign will be dismantled by officers. “Rather than neglected this lane, I better use it for business,” he said, Tuesday (12/6).
