Jakarta Intermodal Integration Guideline
The development of public transport infrastructure that is happening in Jakarta requires integration to make it easier for passengers to move seamlessly between modes. Therefore, it is important to apply the principle of integration design to prevent bad connectivity between models. ITDP Indonesia issued a practical guide in integrating existing modes of transportation in Jakarta.
This practical guide was written with the aim of creating intermodal integration that focuses on aspects of the ease of mobility of public transport passengers. This guide can be used as one of the references by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in planning intermodal integration in Jakarta. This intermodal integration design guide will focus on four aspects, namely the passenger’s access speed, passenger’s convenience, fare affordability, and locations with urgent integration needs.
