A high-level Bangladesh Government delegation visited Indonesia from 23 – 28 February 2023. The delegation was led by the Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of Bangladesh and included 10 senior officials from the Planning Commission, Ministry of Railway and Bangladesh Bank. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) facilitates the visit to understand how the Government of Indonesia plans and finances development. On their visit to Jakarta, ADB requested ITDP Indonesia to support ADB in the site visit by Bangladesh government officials to a key public transport interchange in Jakarta.

The groups met in MRT Dukuh Atas, using the train to reach the CSW-ASEAN integration station, which connected the MRT Jakarta with BRT Transjakarta. At the CSW station, ITDP guided the delegations to check the elevated BRT lane. carried more than 20 thousand passengers per day. Then continued with an explanation about the integrated fare that has been introduced recently between Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta and LRT Jakarta. The delegations then rode the Transjakarta bus from CSW Station to GBK Station; ITDP explained the BRT corridor 1, the electric buses and the newly renovated station during the trip. The site visit ended at the Senayan Gate.
