Shailla holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Studies from LSPR Communication and Business Institute Jakarta. She had experiences, including being a support employee in projects related to creative and marketing communication, that encouraged her to promote sustainable and equitable transportation with ITDP. Besides, she is passionate about writing and collaborating with people. Thus, she has also been involved in event management and academic research before joining ITDP. Moreover, she enjoys reading fictional books and exploring music in her spare time.
