Since joining in 2023, Rezky Kartika (Kika) has managed the budget report and supported operational activities, ensuring that projects and initiatives remain financially on track. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance management from Trisakti School of Management. Before joining ITDP, she honed her abilities in managing financial operations and providing legal assistance, ensuring that her previous organization received seamless and effective support.

Kika enjoys taking public transit, finding joy in every journey and appreciating the nuances of various modes of travel. This enthusiasm enhances her role as a support team member, making her contributions more dedicated and enjoyable. Outside of work, Kika loves immersing herself in movies and attending concerts, always on the lookout for the next great story or live performance.
