Alaufi, or simply Ufi, brings an academic background in Management from UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Ufi joined ITDP Indonesia as General Affairs Assistant, where she is involved in various administrative and operational activities. She enjoys working with people, solving problems, and continuously learning through new experiences. She is committed to personal and professional growth while contributing positively to the ITDP Indonesia. 

Away from her professional life, Ufi has always found joy in singing, which allows her to express her creativity and unwind in her free time. She believes that maintaining a balance between professional growth and personal interests makes every journey more meaningful.
