Ken Ardhacandra Puspacarira

Senior HR Associate

Ken is a Human Resources professional with over six years of experience in HR operations within an international humanitarian organization. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). At ITDP, she supports people-focused HR operations and contributes to creating an inclusive, supportive, and well-organized workplace. She enjoys working closely with staff and managers to understand their needs and develop practical HR solutions that support both employees and organizational goals.  

Outside of work, she enjoys drawing and illustration, particularly exploring creative ideas and developing illustrations for children.
