Keisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Padjajaran University. Before joining ITDP in July 2026, she worked in the Accounting and Finance function of a multinational startup, where she gained experience in reconciliation, payment processes, and financial operations across multiple markets. As a Senior Finance Associate at ITDP, she supports the organization’s financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, payment processes, and financial administration.

Since 2021, Keisha has found joy in playing tennis. What started as simply picking up a racquet for fun has grown into a passion she can’t seem to put down.
