Urban Planning Associate II

Mega is an Urban Planning Associate II at ITDP. He graduated with a degree in Architecture from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. He obtained his MSc in Building and Urban Design in Development from The Bartlett Development Planning Unit of University College London (UCL) in 2016. Before joining ITDP in April 2021, he worked as an architect. Mega is passionate about active mobility and seeks to address the issue of car-centric cities in Indonesia. He works mainly on walking and cycling infrastructure in Jakarta and Medan. He contributes to inclusive mobility, cycling networks, bike-sharing systems, and accessibility improvement for pedestrians and cyclists along public transit corridors. He enjoys playing city-building games, listening to music, travelling, and exploring new culinary experiences in his free time.
